"Trapper Cabins"

It is spring on the bayou and Boudreaux arrives with melts (beef lungs) to bait the crawfish nets, which are then placed in 1-2' of water and checked regularly until a whole sack is filled with "mud bugs." While still alive, they are cleaned and purged in salty water then boiled in fresh water to which crab-boil and seasonings are added. Everything and everybody loves crawfish--try some, you will too!
